If you select expedited shipping on a custom/personalized item it WILL NOT arrive in 2-3 days (it takes the manufacturer time to make your custom order) it means once "I" receive your item it'll be shipped out priority since you paid extra for shipping!

Expedited shipping is BEST for any item that is not customized/personalized!
